the hotel was located not far from subway, hospital, mall, restaurants, and ibirapuera park. magnificent location of the property with everything in walking distance. vila mariana district was worth exploring.

The location is favourable and magnificent, the check in is early. The hotel offers reasonably spacious rooms with a fair space available, separated bedroom.

The hotel's position was favourable, just off subway, Hospital, mall, restaurants, and Ibirapuera Park as well as restaurants and a train station. Furthermore, between the areas.

The staff were helpful and were around whole time. Its location was good, in the nice area of São Paulo, and in a nice area.

-Nothing good to say about this Hotel.- Everything is bad.

-We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights (from 7 April - 9 April 2011). At the night before before check out, we asked for late check out on the next day, the staff said it's ok to have late check out at around 1 - 1:30 pm. But on the day day of the check out, they called us at aroud 11 am saying we had to check out at 12. We had arguement, but the staff seemed not care with our explaination. - The location is quite far from downtown Sao Paulo. The Subway Station (metro) is nowhere near. It;s also difficult to catch Taxi. E have to wait 15-30 minutes everytime we wantes to go to other place. - There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom. - We pay r$ 280 Brazilian Real per night (usd$ 175 - 180 per Night), but the Hotel is like 3 star Hotel - Poor service and facility. - We always use Booked.net everytime we go abroad, this green place flat Hotel Sao Paulo is the worst, we regret to stay in this Hotel.

Despite a few drawbacks, my recent stay at Green Place Ibirapuera was enjoyable. The hotel's location was convenient, with everything I needed in walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and perfect for my family of three. The fitness room was great, and the elevators were efficient. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

For business travelers the lack of internet and/or low bandwidth was not acceptable.

Good access from Congorilus airport, wide-room, everything prepared for business. Japanese-Satelite-TV availabe. Wireless internet access good only at room entrance and bad on bed + middle of room.

I like to have internet access with cable that can ensure good connection.

We loved staying at this hotel/apartment. The room was spacious, clean and well-furnished with a cozy ambiance. The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood near Parque Ibirapuera, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were great with parking service, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like. This city has so much to offer and this hotel was the perfect hub for our stay.

Great value for the price. The hotel had a clean and well-lit fitness room and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was spacious with nice furnishings, and the location was perfect; lots of dining options nearby and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.

The hotel was very noisy. We were constantly disturbed by the sound of furniture being moved around late at night and early in the morning.
